Brief introduction:
100T Heavy load steel slag transport wagon is specially designed to transport steel slag material tank for steel making factories. The railway gauge could be 1435mm or customized railway. We have designed and manufactured other various railway wagons for steel making factories like hot metal transfer car, electric self running flat wagon and etc.
100T heavy load steel slag wagon is mainly composed of wagon chassis, bogie, coupler and draft gear, air brake system, etc.The wagon body is all welded steel structure, composed of support, bending beam, pillow beam, traction beam and slag tank bracket. The bogie adopts 80-1 heavy load 35t axle load casting bogie. The coupler is AAR standard No.13 coupler and MT-3 big aborsorb energy draft gear. It has features of simple structure, low volume, low cost, small radius and easy operation.
