Railway crane wagon is special purpose railway construction wagon. Our customers apply this crane wagon to load sleepers, rails, machinery or other packed building materials from stockyard and then transport them by rail line to detail construction sites in need of these materials. By adding active end plates around the flat wagon, it could also be used to transfer ballast. So this crane wagon is a very economic and useful for railway maintenance or construction.
Our railway crane wagon is composed of one set on-board hydraulic crane with power station and one set railway flat wagon. The hydraulic crane and the flat wagon are totally independent.
The on-board cranes could be straight arm type or folded arm type. The lifting capabilities could be 5 tons, 8 tons, 10 tons, or 12 tons. The crane will be powered by hydraulic power station, which is composed of diesel engine, battery, hydraulic oil tank, hydraulic pumps, etc. Customer could name the brand of the crane or use our recommended brand. To improve the safety during work, we could add various limiters and remote control according to customer need.
The crane platform is typical railway flat wagon, we could provide different load flat wagon from 40t to 70t for customer to choose from. The flat wagon is towed by locomotive and the towing speed could be up to 120km/h.
