1. Brief introduction:
The mobile wheel set bearing mount and demount machine is mainly used for press-fitting and disassembly rolling bearings of wagon wheel sets. During work, various types of rolling bearings can be unloaded and press-fitted by replacing specific toolings (workpiece drawings provided by buyer). The equipment is hydraulically driven and has manual and remote control functions. The equipment is mainly used for pressing or unloading bearings at wheel set repair sites. The machine is flexible to move, occupies a small area and is easy to use.

3. Main structures:
The components of the equipment are: mobile trolley, hydraulic station, main cylinder, lifting cylinder, press fitting, and electric control box. The mobile trolley is composed of a fuel tank, a cylinder lifting guide column, wheels, and steering wheels; the hydraulic station is composed of an electric motor, an oil pump, a reversing valve, a relief valve, and a valve block.
4. Package and delivery:
Before the equipment is shipped, the equipment must be packaged in wooden case or pallet as a whole. The necessary parts of the equipment in the box must be coated with anti-rust oil for anti-corrosion treatment.
