Breif introduction:
Bolster is an important part of cast steel three-piece railway bogie. It connects two side frames and transfers the load of the railway wagons to the wheels and rails through the center plate or side bearings. Casting bogie bolster and side frames are made by sand casting and the molds could be metal or wood. One set bogie need one bolster and two side frames.
Bolsters are mounted with wearing plate, lower center plate, and fulcrum seats to extend the service life. Normally, bolster and side frame are the most durable parts of bogies.
Tieke has been manufacturing railway wagons and bogies for over ten years. We own bolster molds for K2 bogie, K6 bogie, K8 bogie, 1520mm gauge bogie, 1067mm gauge bogie, meter gauge bogie and etc. Our bogie's axle load from 13 tons, 16 tons, 18 tons, 21 tons, 25 tons, 30 tons, to 35 tons. We have not only 2 axle bogie, but also have 3 axle bogie, which could meet 240 tons super heavy load wagons requirements.

Q3: Chinese railway gauge is 1435mm, but our country’s is 1000mm gauge, will this be a problem for you?
