P70 Standard Gauge Covered Railway Goods Wagon Box Car 70 Tons Load is used on standard gauge railway. It can carry all kinds of goods protected from the sun, rain and snow, as well as goods packed in boxes and bags. With auxiliary facilities, it can transport personnel, and can meet the requirements of mechanized loading and unloading operations such as forklifts or conveyors.
Main features:
1. The volume of the boxcar is 145m3, the load is 70t, the volume is 10m3 higher than that of P64GK box car, the load is 10t higher than that of P64GK box car, and the single vehicle load is increased by 16.7%.
2. Adopt K6 bogie or K5 bogie with mature technology and reliable performance, running quality improved and commercial speed up to 120km/h; adopt No.17 coupler and high strength steel middle beam, and could meet the requirements of marshalling 10000 ton heavy haul trains.
4. Based on the application experience of the existing box car, the structure is optimized and the fatigue strength and corrosion resistance of the car body are improved;
5. Four ventilators are adopted on the top of the vehicle to strengthen the air circulation in the vehicle, improve the loading environment in the vehicle and avoid the corrosion of the roof plate caused by the damp and turbid air gathering on the top of the roof
