Breif introduction:

K2 bogie is main bogie for 21t axle load freight car with the characteristic of stable operation, safety and reliability and convenient maintenance. It is applied for railway freight cars with 21 ton axle load on 1435mm standard railway gauge.

Main technical features:

1. Cast steel three piece bogie;
2. Side frames and bolster are casting grade B steel;
3. Central suspension system adopt two stage stiffness springs: damping springs higher than bolster springs;
4. In the middle of two side frames, the elastic lower cross support device is installed to realize better curve traffic ability;
5. TBU double row tapered roller bearings;
6. HDS rolling forged wheel or HDZC casting wheel;
7. Lower center plate equipped with oil-bearing nylon wear disc;
8. Combined brake beam and forged middle pull rod are applied for the foundation brake device.

In addition to provide this model bogie, we are able to design or OEM bogies according to customer requirements.
