Welded side frame and welded bolster are the core part of welded frame bogie.
Welded bogie is specially applied for some special function railway wagons, whose quantities is small. Welded bogie could save production cost compared with casting bogie for small quantity orders.

3. Heat treatment conditions:
Heat treatment requirements for stress relief: the frame is heated to 550-570 ℃ with the furnace and kept in for 3h.
