GN70 Heavy Oil Tanker Wagon is suitable for Chinese standard gauge railway. It is mainly used to transport general viscous oil media such as crude oil, heavy diesel oil and lubricating oil. It adopts internal heating method and the oil is loaded and unloaded from the top. It is adapt to present loading and unloading equipment in train.
The light oil tank vehicle is mainly composed of tank assembly, traction pillow assembly, heating and oil drainage device, coupler buffer device, braking device, bogie, safety accessories and other components. No center beam structure is adopted, and no passing platform is set at the vehicle end. The cylinder adopts inclined bottom structure, which is convenient for oil unloading and improves the unloading rate. It adopts K6 bogie, 120 control valve, KZW-A empty and load vehicle automatic adjustment device, derailment automatic braking device, NSW hand brake, E-grade steel 17 coupler and MT-2 or HM-1 buffer.
